Computer hardware refers to the physical parts of a computer or a robot that you can see and touch. These are the components that make up the machine and allow it to function. Some key examples of computer hardware include the case (the outer shell that contains and protects all the internal components), CPU (Central Processing Unit, the brain of the machine which equals to a chipset ), RAM (Random Access Memory, a short-term memory that temporarily stores data for quick access), Hard drive (this stores all your files, programs, and the operating system long-term), Graphics card (processes and outputs images to your monitor, if there is one), Monitor (the screen that displays the visual output for you), power supply (provides electricity to all the components), and speakers (output audio from the machine).
